Cancellation Timeframes
Consultation Services
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Implementation Services
For scheduled installation or implementation services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to charges for work already completed or materials ordered.
Refund Policy
Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If services have not yet been provided, a full refund may be available. For services that have been partially completed, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
Completed Services
Once services have been fully completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns and potential resolution options.
Documentation and Materials
Digital documentation and materials provided as part of our services are non-refundable once delivered. Physical materials that have been custom-ordered may be subject to different return policies.
